Inspiration

Having worked with Cisca Saltpipe for 6 years, today I woke up and said to myself that I want to tell about my story and Cisca through the blog. The inspiration of doing this given by Mitch from www.BigCommerce.com that he published his video through YouTube to people who is hopeless about marketing like me. At the moment, the sale does not go as it was. It may be because the timing when people go to holiday and have to spend lots of money for the family even though the economy in this time is not really allow.

However, with this situation it is a good time to learn something new as not many phone calls and packing. It is a time to grab a new thing especially with new technology on the internet that plays important roles in people's lives. I spent whole day watching the clip on what Mitch taught and one statement and always emphasis is "The customer does not want to know only product but they want to know you as well." This sentence made me think " Yes it is as sometime you like to go to buy stuff from one particular place as not only the stuff but the people selling that thing". Thanks to Mitch sparkling this idea to me.

As I can see nowadays people want to sell. Especially in Salt pipe market, there are so many salt pipeห, salt inhalers and it is honestly so boring on what everyone does. They do the same stuff is wanting to sell. I also want to sell as well but I want something else more than selling. I want to be friend with my customers and being helpful for them.

I want to do something new for Cisca Saltpipe and want people to know that Cisca Saltpipe not only in the image of a salt inhaler for asthma, allergies bla..bla...bla as many companies on the market do but in the image of a friendship and care from me through customers as Cisca Saltpipe by using all experience I gathered on this business dealing with lots of questions, breathing problems from customers.

So now it is the time implement it. I will do the business on what I think I like which is making people happy that I can imagine that when customers bought from us will have big smile. Or even they do not buy but come across through me, they will feel good about Cisca Saltpipe image. This is my aim.
